Rasika Venkatesh, MA, PhD
Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Rasika Venkatesh is an NRSA Postdoctoral Fellow working with Dr. Dokyoon Kim in Informatics Division of DBEI. She completed her PhD in Genomics and Computational Biology at the University of Pennsylvania under Dr. Marylyn Ritchie, where she developed multi-omics integration approaches to study complex disease risk. Dr. Venkatesh is interested in developing explainable AI/ML methods to integrate multimodal genomics and longitudinal EHR data to better understand the mechanistic architecture of complex cardiovascular traits.
