Dong-gi Lee, PhD
Postdoctoral Researcher
Dr. Dong-gi Lee is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Informatics Division at DBEI. He leverages artificial intelligence to untangle complex biological and clinical data, effectively bridging advanced computational methodologies with translational medicine. With a strong foundation in high-dimensional data processing, his research portfolio has expanded to span from the micro to the macro level. Today, he develops scalable AI models for interpreting high-resolution sub-cellular imaging and molecular dynamics, while advancing phenotyping and multi-modal data integration for large-scale epidemiological studies, including genomic associations with multimorbidity.
