Rasika Venkatesh, PhD

Rasika Venkatesh is a T32 Postdoctoral Fellow. She was a PhD student from the Graduate Group in Genomics and Computational Biology (GCB). She is co-advised by Dr. Marylyn Ritchie. She received her BS in Biotechnology, specializing in Bioinformatics from the University of California, Davis. Her research focuses on developing and applying machine learning methods to integrate multimodal data (multi-omics, imaging, and clinical data) for patient stratification and prediction of complex diseases.
