Jonghyun Lee, PhD
Postdoctoral Researcher
Dr. Jonghyun Lee is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Informatics Division at DBEI, working with Dr. Dokyoon Kim. He earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Hanyang University. His research spans clinical informatics and population-level epidemiology.
At Penn, Dr. Lee’s work centers on multi-modal AI for translational research, spanning computational pathology, cytometric data modeling, and biobank-scale epidemiological analysis, with an emphasis on building frameworks that are scalable, interpretable, and clinically translatable.
